Job Position: Production
Location: SEALY, TX 77474
Pay Rate: $16.00- $18.00/hr (based on experience)
Shift:training on the first shift but eventually transitioning to the 2nd shift (2pm-10pm)
Summary:
Performs daily audits of production equipment and products to ensure the highest standards are being met.
Follows established procedures to correct deficiencies to meet quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Follows appropriate quality procedures and takes action to meet product specification requirements.
Monitors the facility during operations to assure sanitary conditions are maintained.
Assists in determining causes for product or process deviations and coordinates action with departmental
supervision to correct procedures.
Inspects equipment after the sanitation process each day to ensure proper cleaning procedures. Follow
established procedures to take corrective action if deficiencies are observed to ensure product meets quality
standards.
Audits Process Control points to ensure system controls have been achieved. Follow established procedures
to correct deficiencies to meet product safety standards.
Audits Finished Product(s) for compliance to specifications and follows established procedures to correct
deficiencies. Documents observations and results of audits/ inspections on the appropriate forms
Comply with all Company food safety and quality policies and procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned and the scope of the job may change as necessitated by business demands.
