Job Position: Production

Location: SEALY, TX 77474

Pay Rate: $16.00- $18.00/hr (based on experience)

Shift:training on the first shift but eventually transitioning to the 2nd shift (2pm-10pm)

Summary:
Performs daily audits of production equipment and products to ensure the highest standards are being met.
Follows established procedures to correct deficiencies to meet quality standards.
Responsibilities:
 Follows appropriate quality procedures and takes action to meet product specification requirements.
 Monitors the facility during operations to assure sanitary conditions are maintained.
 Assists in determining causes for product or process deviations and coordinates action with departmental
supervision to correct procedures.
 Inspects equipment after the sanitation process each day to ensure proper cleaning procedures. Follow
established procedures to take corrective action if deficiencies are observed to ensure product meets quality
standards.
 Audits Process Control points to ensure system controls have been achieved. Follow established procedures
to correct deficiencies to meet product safety standards.
 Audits Finished Product(s) for compliance to specifications and follows established procedures to correct
deficiencies. Documents observations and results of audits/ inspections on the appropriate forms 
 Comply with all Company food safety and quality policies and procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned and the scope of the job may change as necessitated by business demands.
