Why Core Personnel Uses ClearlyRated Client Surveys (and Why Your Feedback Matters)

Why We Ask for Your Feedback

ClearlyRated is an independent survey platform that helps staffing companies measure client satisfaction.

At Core Personnel, we use it because we want to know, honestly, how we’re doing as your staffing partner. Your answers show us what’s working, what isn’t, and where we need to improve.

What Is ClearlyRated?

ClearlyRated is a third-party company that collects feedback on behalf of professional service firms, including staffing agencies. Because the survey comes from an outside source, clients can share their opinions openly.

Here’s how it works:

  • You receive an email from Core Personnel Staffing Services (sent from survey@clearlyrated.com) with a personal survey link
  • The survey takes just a few minutes to complete
  • You rate your experience and can add comments if you’d like

Why Your Feedback Matters to Us

  • It helps us improve: We can’t fix what we don’t know about. Whether it’s response time, candidate quality, or communication, your feedback points us to the areas that need attention.

  • It keeps us accountable: Asking for honest ratings every year holds our team to a high standard. It’s one way we make sure we’re delivering on our promises.

  • It shapes how we serve you: Your comments help our branches understand what matters most to your business, so we can adjust how we support your hiring needs.

What Past Feedback Has Helped Us Achieve

Thanks to clients who took the time to respond to our last survey, Core Personnel earned ClearlyRated’s 2026 Best of Staffing Client Satisfaction award.

This recognition is based entirely on client ratings, which makes it especially meaningful to us. It reflects the trust our clients place in our team, and it motivates us to keep getting better.

Our 2026 Survey Is Open Now

If you work with Core Personnel, look for an email with the subject line “Core Personnel Staffing Services - Short Survey.” It comes from Core Personnel Staffing Services, sent through survey@clearlyrated.com.

The current survey closes October 21, 2026. Every response counts, whether your experience has been great or there’s something you’d like us to do differently.

Putting Your Feedback to Work

Client surveys aren’t just a checkbox for us. They’re how we listen, learn, and grow as a staffing partner. Core Personnel is committed to using every piece of feedback to improve the way we help businesses find qualified talent.

Have you received your ClearlyRated survey? Take a few minutes to share your thoughts. If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder and search for survey@clearlyrated.com.
