Pay Rate: Starting at $20.00 per hour (Higher pay for experienced combo welders)

Shift: 1st Shift: 6:00 AM to finish (Typically 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
Key Responsibilities
-
Perform advanced welding techniques, including MIG, Flux Core, Spray Arc, Stick, and Gouging.

Weld and fabricate on steel and aluminum, with a primary focus on sheet metal.

Read and accurately interpret blueprints and technical shop drawings.

Prepare materials, including clamping, grinding, tack-welding, and polishing metals.

Operate manufacturing equipment such as Saws, Brake Presses, and Turret Presses, to support the fabrication department.

Handle galvanized metal safely during the fabrication process.

Ensure all final products meet strict quality control standards.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Qualifications
-
Proven, professional welding experience; a resume is required.
-
Preference for candidates with a minimum of 1.5 years of welding experience.

Must be experienced in sheet metal fabrication and manufacturing processes.

Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.

Must successfully pass a short weld test with the Welding & Finishing Supervisor.

Must pass E-Verify.
