Key Responsibilities

Manual Loading/Unloading: Move product safely from containers to the processing area and assist with palletizing outbound goods.

Flow Support: Ensure the steady movement of materials through the sorting stations to meet daily production goals.

Visual Inspection: Identify and report any packaging damages or inventory discrepancies during the unloading process.

Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent hazards on the loading dock and throughout the facility.
Requirements

Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for the duration of an 8–10 hour shift.

Reliability: Proven track record of excellent attendance—our clients depend on a full team every day.
