Location: Houston, TX 77075
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Pay: $17 per hour (Overtime required as needed)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. Steel experience is a plus. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and performing a variety of tasks related to material handling, shipping, and inventory.
Responsibilities:
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
Operate a forklift (must have experience)
Pull and prepare materials for customer orders
Cut materials for stock as needed
Accurately read and use a measuring tape
Label materials and shipments properly
Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate records
Keep warehouse clean and organized
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse experience required
Steel industry experience preferred
Forklift operating experience required
Ability to read a measuring tape accurately
Ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Additional Information:
Overtime may be required
