Forklift Operator/Warehouse Associate
Location: Houston, TX (77061) - Near Hobby Area
Pay: $20 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (with weekend availability as needed)
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and reliable Forklift Operator/Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in forklift operation, general warehousing, and specifically, the handling of "super sacks."This is a hands-on role that requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to move, stack, and retrieve materials.

Expertly handle "super sacks"(FIBCs) for storage, staging, and loading.

Perform general warehouse duties, including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Conduct daily safety inspections of the forklift and report any issues.

Assist with inventory counts and quality control as needed.

Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

Be available to work weekends as required to meet operational needs.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a forklift operator with a strong safety record.

Demonstrable experience working in a warehouse environment.

Specific experience with moving and handling "super sacks"is mandatory.

Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.

Must be available to work weekends as needed.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the day.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
