Description: Job Title: Yard Jockey (Night Shift) Job Description: We are looking for a dependable and safety-focused Yard Jockey to join our team on the night shift, working Sunday through Thursday from 5:00 PM until finish. The Yard Jockey is responsible for safely and efficiently moving trailers within the yard, positioning them at dock doors for loading/unloading, and coordinating with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure smooth trailer flow. Key Responsibilities: Move trailers to and from dock doors and designated yard areas Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on equipment Maintain communication with dispatch and warehouse staff Keep the yard organized and safe Follow all safety guidelines and procedures Requirements: Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required) Previous yard jockey or similar experience preferred Ability to work night shifts and in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
