Job Position: Warehouse Production

Location: Humble, TX 77338

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr

Description: Position Summary

The Warehouse Production Associate supports manufacturing and distribution operations within a fast-paced industrial production environment. This role is responsible for receiving, handling, staging, and preparing raw materials and finished goods to ensure efficient production flow and on-time shipment.

The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of working collaboratively to meet daily production goals.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and unload incoming materials; verify accuracy and inspect for quality.

Stage raw materials and components for production use.

Assist with assembly, fabrication, or production processes as assigned.

Pick, pack, label, and prepare finished products for shipment or storage.

Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation.

Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks; forklift if certified).

Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production needs or issues.

Qualifications

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience is a plus.

Ability to read and follow written instructions.

Basic math skills and attention to detail.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Preferred:

Forklift certification or experience.

Experience with inventory systems or barcode scanners.

Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
