Shift: 4am-230pm, M-F & Mandatory Overtime

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position is based in our main distribution center, which is a non-climate-controlled environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, is comfortable with physical labor, and is dedicated to maintaining accuracy and efficiency in all warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
General Warehouse Operations
Adhere strictly to all company safety guidelines and protocols, including proper lifting techniques and equipment operation.
Maintain a flexible schedule and be prepared to work overtime or varied hours as necessary, particularly during peak seasons.
Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Be able to work consistently in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment where temperatures may fluctuate significantly based on seasonal weather.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics setting (preferably 1+ years).
Ability to read and comprehend work orders, shipping labels, and safety instructions in English.
Physical ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds frequently and stand/walk for extended periods.
Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment with exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and noise.
Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory scanning.
Working Conditions
Environment: Non-climate-controlled warehouse environment (hot in summer, cold in winter).
Physical Demands: Heavy manual labor, repetitive motion, standing, bending, and lifting required.
Hours: Mon-Fri 4am-2:30pm & Overtime may be required.
