Description: Technical Operations Lead / AI Development Partner

A fast-growing entrepreneurial organization is seeking a Technical Operations Lead to manage its full technology stack and drive innovation with AI, automation, and web development. This role is ideal for a highly hands-on technologist who enjoys building applications, managing infrastructure, and developing AI-powered solutions that improve business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain full-stack web applications using technologies such as Node.js, React, Next.js, and PostgreSQL.
Develop and deploy AI agents and automation tools to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
Manage Linux-based production servers, deployments, monitoring, backups, and system security.
Maintain infrastructure including DNS, email servers, SSL certificates, domains, and networking systems.
Integrate APIs, payment platforms, and internal tools across multiple projects.
Manage Google Workspace administration, user accounts, and security policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across applications, servers, and network environments.
Requirements
3+ years of full-stack web development experience (JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React ecosystem).
Experience with Linux server administration (Ubuntu preferred).
Knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL and ORM tools.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar).
Understanding of networking fundamentals including DNS, SMTP, VPNs, and firewall configurations.
Experience working with AI APIs or automation tools (OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, or similar).
Experience with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.
Preferred
Experience building AI agents or automated workflows.
Familiarity with blockchain or Web3 development.
Experience with email server configuration and security protocols.
Background in product design or UI/UX.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
