Job Position: Sales - Solutions Support Representative
Location: , Houston, TX 77041
Pay Rate: $25.00/hr
Shift:
Description: -Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
-Basic Excel experience is required.
-Encon uses Epicor as their ERP. Any experience with Epicor Manufacturing or similar is helpful, but not required.
-Any experience with project estimation is a big plus, but not required.
-Solid customer service skills and customer service mindset is important.
-Must have solid data entry skills
-Must have excellent typing skills (please list WPM on resume or submittal comments)
-Must communicate well over email and phone
-Bilingual Spanish is a plus (not required)
-Will help customers with orders, quotes, tracking, and any related issues
-Taking customer requests, reviewing their technical data/specifications and putting together quotes based on the information provided.
-Temp to hire.
-This is an onsite, in person position. Remote work is NOT an option.
Qualifications:
• Must have mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing technical background, understanding or experience.
• Degree in STEM field strongly preferred. Will consider technical training school diploma or certificate in STEM field in lieu of four year degree.
• This is an entry level role. A new grad is ideal. Will consider 2+ years of experience.
• Must be able to work on Encon provided ERP computer programs.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel.Qualifications:
