Description: POSITION: Inside Sales Representative

LOCATION / HOURS:
(Northwest) Tomball, TX 77377
Full-time, 40 hrs/wk
M-F, 8am –5pm

WAGE:
Approx $24 - $26 per hour; non commissioned position; Annual bonus.

JOB RESPONSIBILTIIES:
• Grow business with existing customer base by calling to understand need, make proposals, aggressively
follow up and close orders, and by seeking out large sales opportunities and working with sales
management to close.
• Utilize the CRM to organize your customer base, schedule calls and tasks, understand customer stats and
buying behavior, send estimates and process orders.
• Qualify and grow your customer needs by understanding our product base, determining product fit,
promoting related products and representing our full offerings
• Record all communication in the CRM.
• Keep management informed by submitting regular activity and sales reports.
• Participate in regular training sessions and sales support meetings.
• Help resolves customer complaints by working with your sales and customer service team to investigating
problems and develop solutions.
• Help Sales & Marketing expand our product offering by bringing customer needs for product we do not have
• Maintain a cheerful, professional attitude in calls and emails

JOB QUALIFICATIONS/CHARACTERISTICS:
• 2+ years using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams and CRM Systems
• 2+ years inside sales experience
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and good use of English language
• Ability to succeed working with high customer count and high call volume
• Must have the ability to maintain positive and professional attitude under sometimes stressful conditions
• Ability to work independently but with full support by sales, marketing and product management to train,
guide and plan your sales growth
• Ability to use the CRM, sales reports and marketing data to prioritize your time, your customer base and
you sales effort
• Ability to manage call schedule for large number of customers, to quickly understand best time and person
to call, then guide your sales call towards meeting sales goals
• Enthusiastic and positive with excellent multitasking skills
