Job Position: REACH Operator
Location: Mesquite, TX 75149
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Shift:MONDAY-FRIDAY 6AM-FINISH
We are seeking an experienced Reach Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for safely operating reach trucks to move, locate, and stack materials while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Operate a reach forklift to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse

Pick and stage orders accurately using RF scanners or pick lists

Put away inventory in high racking systems

Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any issues

Assist with inventory counts and product audits

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Qualifications

Previous experience operating a reach forklift(required)

Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Experience with RF scanners and warehouse systems preferred

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

Reliable transportation and strong attendance
