Summary
We are seeking a Production Associate with CNC experience to support our manufacturing operations. This role involves operating CNC machinery, assisting with production workflows, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on CNC machining experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications.
- Perform setup, calibration, and basic troubleshooting of CNC equipment.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy using measuring tools.
- Assist with assembly, packaging, and shipment of products.
- Maintain inventory levels and report shortages.
- Document production activities and submit reports.
- Follow and enforce safety protocols while maintaining a clean workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
- Hands-on CNC machining experience (setup, operation, basic maintenance).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset.
- Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer skills for documentation.
