To ensure products are efficiently repacked, labeled, and palletized according to company standards and customer requirements, supporting smooth warehouse operations and safe distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Repacking Duties
- Unpack, inspect, and repack products into appropriate containers.
- Verify quantities, weights, and measurements against order specifications.
- Label packages with accurate shipping and handling information.
- Seal and prepare packages for safe transport.
- Palletizing Duties
- Operate palletizing machinery or manually stack goods onto pallets.
- Align packaged goods on conveyor systems for palletizing.
- Wrap pallets securely using stretch-wrap machines or manual methods.
- Ensure pallets are stable, safe, and ready for shipment.
- Quality & Safety
- Inspect products for defects and report issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and warehouse regulations.
- Operational Support
- Assist with basic inventory management tasks.
- Communicate with supervisors and team members to optimize workflow.
- Record repacking and palletizing activities for tracking and compliance.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Experience with warehouse equipment (palletizers, stretch-wrap machines, hand tools).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
