Primary Duties & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for high-level order picking and ensuring the precision of inventory movement.

Equipment Operation: Safely operate Cherry Picker and Stand-up Reach forklifts.

Inventory Logistics: Scan and track all product movement using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Order Picking: Retrieve items from high shelves or racks with a focus on accuracy and safety.

Staging & Shipping: Organize goods for shipment, including pallet wrapping and labeling.

Maintenance & Safety: Perform daily forklift inspections, report operational issues, and follow all OSHA standards.

General Warehouse: Assist with team-based tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Candidate Requirements
This role requires a high level of physical readiness and technical experience.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Material Handling and operating a Stand-up Reach forklift.

Physical Proficiency: * Comfortable maneuvering at significant heights and in tight/small spaces.

Ability to lift/carry 25 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally.

Ability to bend, climb, push, and pull throughout a 10-hour shift.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Compliance: Must pass E-Verify and have a clean background .
