Job Position: Overnight Event Staff

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Shift: Third 6PM-6AM
Description: Job Summary
The Overnight Parking lot guard is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the stadium premises, assets, and personnel during non-operating hours. This role requires maintaining a high level of vigilance, conducting regular patrols, and being the primary responder to security-related incidents and emergencies overnight.
Typical Responsibilities
Patrols and Monitoring: Conduct routine, thorough patrols of the entire premises, including the interior, exterior grounds, parking lots, and remote areas of the facility.
Property Protection: Work to deter and report fire, theft, vandalism, and unauthorized/illegal entry.
Coordination: Coordinate closely with supervisors, facility management, and external resources such as law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
Safety Adherence: Follow all corporate and departmental safety policies and procedures.
Key Skills and Qualifications
Mandatory Qualifications:
Minimum age of 18 years.
A clean criminal history.
Ability to competently speak, read, and write English to expedite interactions and complete reports.
Essential Skills:
Strong observation skills and attention to detail to spot potential issues.
Good communication skills to coordinate efforts and report incidents.
