About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Onsite Recruiter to join our team. This role is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and supporting employees at client worksites. The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, reliable, and able to build strong relationships with both clients and employees. Must have reliable transportation.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, screen, and onboard candidates for client needs.
Maintain regular communication with employees to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
Manage schedules, attendance, and resolve employee concerns.
Support client management by ensuring staffing goals are met.
Be present on-site during events, shifts, and peak staffing periods.
Job Requirements:
Must be available to work any shift, any day of the week (including nights and weekends).
Must be able to work on holidays as required by client needs.
Bilingual (English & Spanish) is required.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or on-site management is a plus.
