We’re looking for a Bilingual Onsite Recruiter to take the lead on workforce management and recruiting at one of our key client sites. This role combines boots-on-the-ground operations with strategic recruiting, giving you the opportunity to truly shape the success of both the workforce and client partnership.
What You Bring:
🌟 Bilingual in English & Spanish – required
🌟 1+ year of recruiting, staffing, or HR admin experience preferred
🌟 A proactive, organized, and solutions-focused mindset
🌟 Strong interpersonal skills to connect with clients and candidates
🌟 Knowledge of labor laws, HR processes, and compliance essentials
🌟 Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
What You’ll Do:
🔹 Support daily operations: check-ins, attendance, and team engagement
🔹 Recruit, screen, and onboard top-tier contingent talent
🔹 Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet client demands
🔹 Run orientation sessions and pre-employment screenings
🔹 Serve as a go-to resource for employee questions and onboarding support
🔹 Collaborate with HR to ensure full compliance and documentation accuracy
🔹 Organize appreciation events to foster connection and culture
🔹 Occasionally assist branch recruiting when needed
