We're looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our Event Staff and help us deliver a safe, unforgettable experience for every guest! The Role: Event Staff

The Event Staff member is responsible for providing excellent customer service while ensuring the safety and security of all guests, performers, and staff throughout the event. You'll be the first face our fans see, setting the pace for a great day at the track!

Key Functions (Get Ready to Go!):

• Managing guest entry.

• Enforcing facility policies.

• Conducting thorough security screening, including mandatory bag and cooler checks.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Guest Services & Conduct:

• Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor , providing directions and answering basic event-related questions.

• Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized entry, theft, or misconduct—you're our spotter!

• Enforce facility policies (e.g., no smoking, no re-entry, restricted items) in a fair and courteous manner.

• Identify and report disorderly conduct or other policy violations to supervisors immediately.

• Manage lines and direct guests efficiently through designated entry points (gates, doors, etc.).

• Verify and scan tickets, passes, or credentials for validity.

• Perform wanding/pat-down procedures and metal detector screening as required by security protocol.

• Serve as a Bag Checker or Cooler Checker as assigned (see specific duties below).

Physical Requirements (Ready for the Long Haul?)

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, often up to 4 hours at a time.

• Ability to work in various weather conditions (indoors and outdoors)—rain or shine, the race is on!

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally.

• Must be able to physically bend, stoop, and reach to perform thorough bag and cooler inspections.
