Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced MIG Welder to join our team in Garland, Texas. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in MIG welding and the ability to produce high-quality welds according to specifications. This is a full-time, 1st shift position with competitive pay and a stable work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform MIG welding on various metal components according to blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
Maintain consistent weld quality and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Inspect and verify welds for accuracy, strength, and conformance to specifications.
Set up and operate MIG welding equipment and tools.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a MIG Welder.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Knowledge of safety standards and proper handling of welding equipment.
Ability to work the 1st shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM.
Physical ability to lift and maneuver materials as required.
