Looking for a full-time gig that respects your Friday afternoons and rewards you for just showing up? We are looking for 7 skilled Pallet Builders to join our production powerhouse. This isn't your average "assembly line"job—we specialize in custom, hand-nailed pallets, and we need pros who know their way around a nail gun.
The Perks & Pay:
Hourly Rate: $15.00 – $17.50 (Depending on Experience).
The "Early Bird"Schedule: * Mon – Thu: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
Friday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Hello, long weekends!).
Occasional Saturdays as needed.
Bonus Season: Once you're officially hired on, the company offers Monthly AND Yearly bonuses for perfect attendance. Consistency pays off!
What You’ll Be Doing:
Crafting custom, heavy-duty pallets by hand.
Operating pneumatic nail guns with precision and speed.
Reading specs to ensure every custom build is top-tier quality.
Working with a team that values hard work and reliability.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: You’ve built custom pallets before and know the craft.
Tool Savvy: You are comfortable and safe using a pneumatic nail gun.
Reliability: You’re the person who shows up ready to work (and wants those attendance bonuses!).
Stamina: You enjoy staying active and working with your hands in a fast-paced environment.
