1st Shift — 8:30am
Key Responsibilities
Assist with warehouse and production duties, including assembling, handling, and preparing retail display components.
Follow supervisor and team lead instructions to ensure accurate and efficient workflow.
Utilize automated or digital work tools (training provided).
Safely lift, move, and organize boxes and materials ranging from 45 lbs to 60 lbs.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and comply with all company processes and guidelines.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and uphold quality standards.
Requirements
Ability to speak and understand English.
Positive attitude and strong team-player mindset.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools or processes.
Must be able to lift 45–60 lbs regularly.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Must be able to follow safety rules and company procedures.
