Machine Operator – Industrial Blending & Material Handling

Are you a skilled operator with experience in industrial blending and fluid handling? We are looking for a dedicated Machine Operator to join a premier global manufacturing facility in Sealy, TX . Compensation & Shift Schedule

Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour.

Shift Differential: Increase to $19.00 per hour once moved to the permanent 3rd shift.

The Training Rotation: To ensure you are fully prepared, this role features a structured on-boarding schedule:

Phase 1: 1st Shift for the first 2–3 weeks.

Phase 2: 2nd Shift for 1 week.

Phase 3 (Permanent): 3rd Shift ( 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM ).

Key Responsibilities

Blending Operations: Execute precise material blending processes according to specific formulations.

Equipment Handling: Operate and maintain industrial pumps and hoses for material transfer.

Material Handling: Safely move, stage, and process raw materials and finished products.

Machine Operation: Monitor equipment performance to ensure high-quality output and safety standards.

Safety & Maintenance: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
What We’re Looking For

Experience: Proven experience with industrial blending , working with hoses/pumps , and general material handling .

Adaptability: Must be able to complete the required shift rotation and transition to a permanent night shift (9 PM – 6 AM).

Detail-Oriented: Ability to follow strict formulas and safety instructions to the letter.

Location: Reliability is key; candidates must have dependable transportation to the Sealy TX, (Applicants in Katy, Brookshire area welcome)
