Description: Chemical Machine Operator – Plastics, Foam & Bubble Wrap Job Description: Responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining chemical processing and extrusion machines used in the production of plastic films, foam sheets, and bubble wrap. Duties include setting up equipment, mixing and handling raw materials, adjusting machine settings, conducting quality checks, and ensuring safe and efficient production. The operator follows safety protocols when working with chemicals, maintains production records, and performs basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on machinery. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor chemical and extrusion machines for plastic, foam, and bubble wrap production. Load raw materials, mix additives, and adjust machine parameters to meet product specifications. Inspect finished products for quality, thickness, and consistency. Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all safety and handling procedures. Record production data and report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues. Must have 1+ years of recent experience 3rd shift 6 pm- 6 am
