Description: I believe we are paying him $17/hr. I'd like to see if we can find someone at the same pay rate. I would like to interview in-person potential candidates because this would be a long term placement. We would prefer they speak English, but others have worked out well, and they only speak Spanish. The MOST IMPORTANT things to consider when finding a replacement is someone who is 1) mature enough to work independently with little supervision, 2) get the assigned work done and take pride in how their area looks, 3) keep good records, 4) have some experience with food to understand cross contamination, allergens, general understanding of cleaning and sanitizing. This is resume/interview position.
