Job Position: HR & Finance Admin

Location: Tomball, TX 77377

Pay Rate: $25.00/hr

Description: Job Title: HR & Finance Administrator
Location & Schedule
Tomball, TX 77377 (Northwest Houston area)
Full-time, onsite
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
Compensation
Hourly Pay: $22.00 – $28.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Non-exempt, paid weekly
Position Overview

The HR & Finance Administrator plays a key role in supporting both human resources and financial operations. This position is responsible for maintaining HR systems and records, assisting with employee lifecycle processes, and supporting financial reporting and data analysis. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working with both HRIS and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Support
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems
Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation
Support benefits administration and employee inquiries
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
Help coordinate training sessions and internal communications
Finance & Administrative Support
Assist in running and reviewing financial reports
Analyze historical financial data and trends to support decision-making
Work within ERP systems to research transactions and reconcile data
Track, log, and maintain company performance metrics
Alert management to discrepancies, trends, or areas of concern
Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes as needed
General Administrative Duties
Maintain organized documentation and reporting systems
Collaborate with leadership on operational improvements
Assist with cross-functional projects between HR, finance, and operations
Qualifications
Prior experience in Human Resources or HR administration required
Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Paycom, BambooHR, or similar)
Experience working with ERP systems and financial data preferred
Ability to read and interpret financial reports and identify trends
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (especially Excel)
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Preferred Experience
Exposure to both HR and finance/accounting functions
Experience tracking KPIs or company performance metrics
Background in small to mid-sized business operations
