Position Summary
The Custodial Technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall upkeep of company facilities, offices, and workspaces. This role supports a safe and professional environment for employees, clients, and visitors in a fast-paced infrastructure setting.
Work Schedule

Monday – Friday: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Saturday: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Sunday: Off

Must be available for extended hours or schedule adjustments as needed.
Key Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors

Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly

Replenish supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.)

Maintain cleanliness of high-touch surfaces and high-traffic areas

Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors

Support basic facility upkeep tasks as assigned

Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines

Report maintenance or repair needs to management
Qualifications
-
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Prior custodial/janitorial experience is a plus

Ability to work long hours on feet and perform physical labor

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
