Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday Work: Some Saturdays required
Pay Rate: $17–$19 per hour (based on experience)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Precast Concrete Production Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on precast experience and be comfortable working long shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform precast concrete production tasks including forming, pouring, finishing, and stripping
Set up and break down molds and forms
Read and follow production drawings and specifications
Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow all safety policies and procedures
Requirements:
Previous precast concrete experience required
Ability to work 12-hour shifts, Monday through Friday
Availability to work some Saturdays as needed
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
Familiarity with construction or industrial tools
Reliable transportation to the 77048 area
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
Forklift or crane experience (a plus)
Experience in a manufacturing or construction environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
