About the Position

We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to join our construction team in the Houston area. This role supports various field operations, including site preparation, material handling, cleanup, and assisting skilled tradespeople. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with general construction tasks, including digging, lifting, carrying materials, and operating basic hand tools.

Help prepare and clean job sites, including removing debris and maintaining a safe work environment.

Support carpenters, equipment operators, and other crew members as directed.

Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.

Follow all safety guidelines and participate in daily safety briefings.

Perform additional duties as assigned by the site supervisor or foreman.

Qualifications

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.

Reliable transportation.

Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to follow instructions.

Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus, but not required.

Ability to work well with a team and maintain a positive attitude.

Work Schedule: 6 am-6 pm

Monday–Friday (weekends as needed, depending on project demands)

Full-time hours with opportunities for overtime when available
