Description: Warehouse/Driver Requirements • High school diploma or GED required • Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred • Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment is a plus • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (typically up to 50 lbs) • Basic math and computer skills (for inventory tracking, scanning, etc) • Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision • Attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and labeling • Good communication and teamwork skills • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods • Comfortable working in varying temperatures (depending on warehouse type) • Reliable attendance and punctuality • Valid driver’s license (if operating company vehicles or delivery trucks) • Able to obtain DOT medical card (paid by company) • Minimum 1–2 years of commercial driving experience preferred • Pass Drug Test Work Environment: • Fast-paced and physically demanding • Require overtime (Driving) Responsibilities: • Driving Box Truck • Loading and unloading shipments • Receiving, storing, and organizing inventory • Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment • Inspecting products for damage or accuracy • Maintaining clean and safe work areas • Load, transport, and deliver goods to customers or job sites • Verify delivery accuracy (items, quantities, signatures) • Maintain cleanliness and organization of truck and equipment • Communicate with dispatch or warehouse staff about delivery updates or issues • Follow assigned routes and safety regulations • Must comply with all DOT and company safety policies • Reliable, punctual, and able to meet delivery schedules • Required early mornings, overtime • Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the company
