Position Overview : Core Personnel is immediately hiring 3–4 experienced Forklift Operators for a dynamic distribution facility in Katy. We are looking for high-energy individuals who possess both the technical skill to operate machinery safely and the physical agility to assist with manual palletizing and material handling. Key Responsibilities

Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts to move, stack, and stage products within a high-volume warehouse.

Palletizing & Handling: Perform manual palletizing of goods, ensuring all loads are secure and organized for shipment.

Inventory Accuracy: Assist in loading and unloading trailers while maintaining accurate counts of incoming and outgoing stock.

Qualifications & Requirements

Recent Experience: At least 1–2 years of recent forklift experience in a warehouse or distribution setting.
