Forklift Operator (Order Picker / Cherry Picker)

Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our dynamic warehouse team in Fort Worth. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, offering a clear path to full-time employment for high-performing individuals. You will be responsible for moving, staging, and retrieving inventory using specialized warehouse equipment.
Primary Responsibilities

Equipment Operation: Safely operate Order Picker / Cherry Picker forklifts to transport materials.

Inventory Management: Scan and track items using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); retrieve products from high racks for order fulfillment.

Staging & Loading: Organize, stage, and load products for shipment while ensuring proper placement to prevent damage.

Safety & Maintenance: Conduct daily pre-shift inspections; perform minor maintenance or report mechanical issues to supervisors.

Warehouse Support: Maintain a hazard-free work environment and assist with secondary tasks such as pallet wrapping and labeling.
Candidate Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a Order Picker / Cherry Picker and handling materials.

Physical Ability: Must be comfortable working at heights and in tight spaces; ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally.

Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively within a team.

Compliance: Ability to pass a background check and E-Verify.
