Job Position: Forklift Operator

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Shift: 3rd
Description: We are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate with experience in electric pallet jack operation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of order fulfillment processes, the physical ability to lift heavy items, and the willingness to work in cold storage environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate electric pallet jacks safely and efficiently
Pick and pack orders accurately based on pick tickets or RF scanners
Load/unload shipments and stage products for distribution
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
Adhere to safety procedures and protocols at all times
Requirements:
Proven experience using electric pallet jacks
Familiarity with order picking, packing, and shipping procedures
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
Comfortable working in cold or refrigerated environments (PPE provided)
Dependable with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently or in a team environment
Preferred but not required:
Prior experience in a cold storage or food distribution warehouse
Forklift certification
Bilingual
