Description: Filler Operator
A growing beverage manufacturing company is seeking a Filler Operator to support production and packaging operations. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining filling equipment to ensure products are filled accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor filling equipment to ensure accurate product filling according to production schedules.
Set up machines by adjusting settings, aligning components, and ensuring proper equipment functionality.
Monitor fill levels, speeds, and seals to maintain product quality and consistency.
Perform quality checks and visual inspections on filled containers.
Troubleshoot minor equipment or production issues in coordination with the production team.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety procedures.
Complete production logs, batch records, and other required documentation.
Requirements
Previous experience in manufacturing, packaging, or beverage/food production preferred.
Familiarity with filling equipment and packaging processes.
Ability to follow production specifications and perform basic quality checks.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
