You will be the go-to person for keeping the facility running smoothly, from structural touch-ups to mechanical equipment repairs.
Key Responsibilities

Facility Maintenance: Perform a variety of "fix-it"tasks including interior/exterior painting and repairing or replacing wall sidings.

Mechanical Troubleshooting: Use your mechanical aptitude to identify and resolve minor issues with facility equipment and tools.

General Labor & Repairs: Handle daily maintenance requests such as fixing fixtures, patching surfaces, and ensuring the property is well-maintained.
