Job Position: EXTRUSION HELPER
Location: Rockwall, TX 75032
Pay Rate: $17.75/hr
Shift: 5:45 AM to 5:45 PM (Days) OR 5:45 PM to 5:45 AM (Nights)
A Shift (Day shift): Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, every other Wednesday.
B Shift (Night shift): Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday.
C Shift (Day shift): Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday.
D Shift (Night shift): Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday.
Description: Summary: The Extrusion Helper is responsible for assisting in the production of plastic through the extrusion process. This role operates in a physically demanding, high-heat, non-climate-controlled environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in all phases of the plastic production process within the Extrusion department.
Operate and monitor machinery involved in the melting and extrusion of plastic.
Perform tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure production environment.
Work Environment & Requirements
Must be comfortable working in the hottest department, which is non-climate-controlled due to the plastic melting process.
Must be comfortable with heights, including ascending up to 60 feet using a system of stairs and repeating platforms.
Must be able to work in a high-pressure, demanding setting.
The work schedule will follow the Extrusion shift patterns (Day or Night shifts, including a rotating schedule).
