Guest Experience Specialist
Core Personnel Staffing is looking for professional, high-energy individuals to join our team. You will serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a safe, secure, and welcoming environment. This role balances top-tier customer service .
Core Objective:
To deliver exceptional, seamless, and immersive guest experiences , upholding the highest standards of service, discretion, and professionalism for all clientele.
Shift Schedule:
Daily shifts ranging from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM and 3:30 PM – 10:30 PM, with later weekend operating hours.
Primary Location: 5 minutes away from Las Vegas Strip
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Guest Engagement and Service Excellence
Act as the primary point of contact for guests, serving as an authoritative and enthusiastic guide.
Proactively engage guests, answer questions, provide accurate directions, and offer personalized service to enhance the overall guest journey.
Manage interactions with high-profile clientele, consistently demonstrating discretion, poise, and exceptional service standards.
Willingness to operate in-house ticketing software to complete guest transactions accurately and efficiently.
Operational Support and Efficiency
Operate and directly support the smooth functioning of designated attractions
Actively monitor and manage guest flow within assigned areas to prevent congestion and maintain operational efficiency.
Identify and troubleshoot minor operational or guest-related issues quickly and professionally, escalating complex issues to management as needed.
Ensure the safety, cleanliness, readiness, and technical functionality of assigned areas and equipment before, during, and after shifts.
Collaborate closely with management and other team members to consistently uphold brand standards and the quality of the immersive experience.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, ensuring every interaction reflects Stadium People's commitment to excellence.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
Prior experience in high-end guest services, events, attractions, or hospitality strongly preferred.
Demonstrated strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage high-pressure, fast-paced situations with grace and professionalism.
Must be able to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
