Job Title: Driver Helper – Lumper
Job Summary:
The Driver Helper (Lumper) supports delivery operations by loading and unloading cargo, ensuring proper handling of goods, and assisting drivers with logistics. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload freight manually or using equipment like pallet jacks.

Assist drivers in navigating routes and locating delivery sites.

Verify shipment accuracy and report discrepancies.

Secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transit.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck and work area.

Communicate with warehouse staff and customers regarding deliveries.

Follow safety protocols and company procedures.
Qualifications:

Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).

Previous experience in warehouse or transportation preferred.
