Job Opening: Distribution Dispatcher (Katy, TX)
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Distribution Dispatcher to join our logistics team in Katy, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a background in logistics/warehousing.
Compensation & Schedule:
Pay:$16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overtime: Mandatory Saturdays and additional overtime required during peak seasons.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following abilities and experience:

Logistics Expertise: Proven experience in a logistics, distribution, or warehouse environment.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with spreadsheet programs (Excel) and experience with Oracle or a similar WMS/ERP system is highly preferred.

Quick Learner: Ability to learn new systems and processes rapidly.

Hands-on Approach: Willingness to move between the office and the warehouse/transportation areas as needed.

Driver Interaction: Experience working directly with drivers (scheduling, dispatching, route coordination) is a plus.

Communication: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred.
