Description: Main Responsibility Maintain data records with shipment details Key Responsibilities Data entry Scanning (data imagining) Customer Service, phone support Faxing and copying documents Filing Support other office job functions Other duties as assigned Skills English language is required with good communication skills. Bilingual is a plus, however not required. Good verbal and written skills Typing 45 words per minute minimum Basic understanding and use of MS Excel or equivalent Self motivated and goal oriented is a must/ Follow direction from superiors Be capable of operating in a high stress environment – while maintaining composure and controlling frustration – must have patience, be even tempered. Experience required Industrial/Warehouse Position is in-house NOT remote Monday to Friday 2pm- 10:30pm Rate starts at $17
