Position Summary:
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Weekend Production Associates to join our digital print operations team in Plano, TX. This role involves assisting with printing, finishing, and handling printed materials in a climate-controlled production environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, comfortable working in a fast-paced setting, and able to maintain quality and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor digital printing and production equipment
Load paper and materials into printers and production machines
Inspect printed materials to ensure quality and accuracy
Sort, package, and prepare printed materials for shipment or delivery
Maintain an organized and clean work area
Follow safety procedures and company production guidelines
Assist team members and supervisors with production tasks as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift
Comfortable working in a production/warehouse environment
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Basic computer skills are a plus
Previous printing, warehouse, or production experience preferred but not required
