Job Position: Customer Service/Inside Sales
Location: Longview, TX 75602
Pay Rate: $16.00/hr
Shift: Monday-Friday
Description: As a Customer Service/Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting customers on our products and their availability. This role requires excellent communication skills for interactions with staff and customers (via phone, in-person, or email). You will also track customer order statuses and advocate for customer needs.
You will also support the outside sales team.
Daily Responsibilities:

Receive and process customer orders promptly via phone, email, and in-person requests.

Accurately enter and adjust orders within the system.

Provide assistance to walk-in customers.

Prepare necessary shipping documents, including pick tickets and bills of lading.

Track order status and provide timely updates to customers.

Generate quotes and customer invoices as needed.

Maintain organized filing systems and keep customer account information current.

Process all credit card and cash payments.

Cross-train and assist with accounting tasks upon request.
