Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team on the first shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality parts while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines according to production schedules and blueprints.
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality standards.
Inspect finished products for accuracy and compliance with specifications.
Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper functioning.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar manufacturing role preferred.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills for machine programming and data entry.
Ability to lift up to [insert weight if applicable] and stand for extended periods.
