Pay Rate: $17.50/hr
Shift: 1st Shift | 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Schedule: Monday – Friday
This is a Temp-to-Perm opportunity in Fort Worth, perfect for an experienced operator looking to transition into a long-term, full-time role with a dynamic team.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the safe movement and organization of inventory using specialized equipment.

Equipment Operation: Safely operate Order Picker / Stand-up Reach forklifts.

Material Handling: Load, stage, and transport goods to designated storage areas.

Inventory Management: Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners to track product movement.

High-Rack Retrieval: Retrieve items from high shelves/racks for order picking.

Logistics Support: Prepare goods for shipment, wrap pallets, and label products.

Safety & Maintenance: Perform daily equipment inspections and maintain a hazard-free workspace.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following professional and physical criteria:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Material Handling and operating a Order Picker / Cherry Picker forklift.

Communication: Ability to communicate clearly in both written and verbal formats.

Physical Stamina: * Ability to bend, climb, push, and pull in tight or high places.

Ability to lift/carry 25 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally.
