Job Position: CFS Machine Operator

Pay Rate: $16.00/hr

Description: Operate CFS equipment to process, cook, or package food items according to production schedules
Monitor flow rates, temperatures, and machine settings to ensure proper operation
Perform routine checks to maintain hygiene and quality control standards
Clean and sanitize machines in compliance with food safety (HACCP/USDA/FDA) regulations
Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report malfunctions to maintenance staff
Complete production logs and maintain accurate records
