Bilingual Safety & Production Lead – Precast Manufacturing
Location: Katy/Brookshire Area
Are you a safety-minded professional who loves being on the production floor? We are seeking a Bilingual Safety & Production Lead for a premier national precast concrete facility. This is a hands-on, "boots-on-the-ground"role perfect for someone who is great at communicating with crews and ensuring daily production stays safe and on track.
The Role
This isn't a desk job. You will be the primary link between the Plant Manager and the production team. Your mission is simple: keep the team safe, lead the morning huddles, and ensure the facility hits its daily production goals.
Key Responsibilities

Daily Safety Huddles: Lead and document morning safety "Toolbox Talks"in both English and Spanish.

Floor Audits: Perform daily plant walks to spot hazards, check housekeeping scorecards, and ensure the team is working safely.

Production Support: Assist the Plant Manager in coordinating daily work plans to keep the concrete production flowing efficiently.

Training Coordinator: Help schedule monthly safety training and keep employee training records organized.

Team Communication: Act as the bridge between maintenance, production, and the office to ensure everyone is on the same page.
What We’re Looking For

Bilingual Mastery: You must be able to speak, read, and write fluently in English and Spanish to lead huddles and train the crew.

Industry Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing, construction, or concrete environment is highly preferred.

Safety Mindset: A solid understanding of basic OSHA safety rules (general labor or construction).

Reliability: This is an industrial environment that requires a 5:30 AM or 6:00 AM start time and the flexibility to work Saturdays during busy seasons.
