A growing manufacturing and distribution operation is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, and shipping/receiving operations. This role is responsible for maintaining a highly organized, efficient warehouse environment while ensuring accurate inventory tracking and smooth coordination with production, purchasing, and logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, and shipping.
Maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP system and perform regular cycle counts to resolve discrepancies.
Manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time.
Implement and maintain warehouse organization standards and 5S practices for cleanliness, efficiency, and safety.
Utilize Excel and ERP systems to track inventory, analyze data, and create operational reports.
Lead and supervise warehouse staff, setting daily priorities and maintaining performance standards.
Coordinate with production, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow and inventory availability.
Maintain compliance with safety procedures and quality standards.
Requirements
3+ years of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data tracking) and ERP/WMS systems.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Experience managing inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and warehouse processes.
Ability to lead teams and maintain high operational standards.
Forklift experience or certification preferred.
Compensation: Based on experience and performance.
