Shift:6 am- 2:30 PM
Description- 1.0 PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Perform potting operations associated with the production of inflatable or swellable packers and other downhole tools.
2.0 DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Operate the sandblaster, lifting devices and overhead crane according to guidelines. • Maintain appropriate inventory levels of o-rings and other supplies for potting operations. • Assemble component parts and seals prior to injecting epoxy resin.
• Interpret engineering drawings, engineering specifications and written process procedures.
• Interpret and follow posted production schedules.
• Work with labor and materials traceability documentation and guidelines, such as ISO 9001
• Work with electronic labor reporting / job progress scanning.
• Other duties as assigned or required.

Education/Experience
Requires one-year certificate from college or technical school and/or minimum of three to five years related experience as outlined above with prior assembly experience as well as material handling preferred.
Skills and Abilities
Ability to work under a minimum of supervision. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings as they pertain to machining of inflatable packers or related downhole tools.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write and/or complete routine reports.
